When someone makes a large purchase (contact lenses, eye care services etc.), they may not be able to pay the full invoice upfront. Medicard helps them pay off the invoice over several months to make these purchases more affordable by automatically drawing funds out of their bank account on the agreed upon intervals. Medicard is a financing option available to our customers when they make a purchase between $500 to $40,000 and need financing.

Medicard needs to know some information about yourself. You will be required to fill out fields as indicated. SIN number is NOT required. They will ask for contact info, home address, annual income etc.
Once all the necessary information is inputted, review everything to ensure it is all correct. You can then accept the terms and conditions and click "Get your personalized quote now!" to see if you're qualified or not. If qualified, Medicard will need to authorize verifcation of your Equifax Credit Report. Click continue once you reached that step. You should then receive an email for next steps, which includes providing banking information and other documentation like a valid photo ID.
After submitting all the necessary information, verifiying credit report, providing bank information and required documents, our team will help prepare a contract for the financing. This contract will include the requested amount, delivery date (the payment deadline), payment frequency, first payment date, and loan term. Once finalized, reviewed and approved then our team will send the contract directly to your email.
Open the contract emailed to you and after reviewing all details are accurate, you can sign and complete. This can all be done on your mobile device. If your application is good, our team will complete the process to ensure payments are receied accordingly.
